1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms apply to all services on the bd9dev platform, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, and other gaming products. bd9dev reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to use the services after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1.2 User Age Requirement

bd9dev services are only for individuals aged 21 or older. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age during account registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

Users must confirm for themselves whether online betting is legal in their location. bd9dev does not guarantee the legality of using its services in any particular jurisdiction. The user is solely responsible for complying with the applicable laws of their country or region.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• If any personal information changes, our support team must be notified promptly.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Sharing an account or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd9dev reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving license may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete. bd9dev reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been provided.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

bd9dev may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

1. In the event of a breach of terms
2. If fraudulent activity is suspected
3. If money laundering is suspected
4. If any information is found to be false
5. If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found
6. If evidence of bonus abuse is found

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for all methods).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Betting on credit by using a credit card is irresponsible behavior — please be cautious about this.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of an active bonus are met.
• bd9dev reserves the right to review any suspicious withdrawal request.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 will give you a maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated before the bonus is claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified by bd9dev.
• In the event of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• bd9dev reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without stating a specific reason.
• Each bonus has an expiry date — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.

4.3 VIP Program

The bd9dev VIP program has four tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers based on regular play:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP cashback is awarded each week based on regular play. The applicable conditions for withdrawing cashback will be stated separately.

5.1 Betting and Gaming

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Bets placed on odds displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be considered void.
• The result recorded in the bd9dev system will be considered final.
• If a technical issue occurs in any game, bd9dev reserves the right to restart or cancel it.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd9dev platform:

1. Operating games using fraudulent software or bots
2. Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in the gaming system to gain an unfair advantage
3. Unauthorized access to another user's account
4. Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
5. Match fixing or placing bets on predetermined outcomes
6. Bonus arbitrage or exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts

5.3 Fair Play Guarantee
